When it works, it helps implement various tasks a lot quicker than legacy methods while working on providing customer support to our customers, and I use it every time I get an opportunity. It is quite difficult to find relevant articles using only the tools provided, which makes the search experience very poor. Procedures that involve branching paths can be confusing since there are no options to select a path via included buttons, and one has to manually look for the relevant section. Epsilon3 is a great way to centralize procedures in a location that everyone can access. One of my favorite things about Epsilon3 is the ability to follow along a procedure run from anywhere, as long as you and the people running the procedure have an internet connection. I also really like the ability to attach files to the procedure runs. Whenever I want I can go back to look at the data that was recorded from a procedure run that happened months ago. Great response time between different users simultaneously executing the procedure. The editing process is great as well, as multiple people can work at the same time. Additionally, the comments/feedback option is good during peer review. Our company uses this software for many of our important procedures, and we have not had connectivity issues. Customer support also responds very fast and gives solutions that work. We've had trouble in the past trying to make similar but slightly different tables, and we are unable to do a quick copy and paste like you would do in microsoft word or excel. What problems is Epsilon3 solving and how is that benefiting you? Epsilon3 helps with having multiple users perform and log tasks concurrently, especially for remote operations. Instead of having a sole operator log all the tasks that are accomplished, individuals are able to work in tandem with each other without needing to be in the same room.
