What do you like best about Epsilon Retail Media Network?
Epsilon uses their software to mine all of our service data, and send relevant updates to our retail service customers to remind them of upcoming vehicle services or service specials. Once the initial setup has been completed, it is a turnkey service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Epsilon Retail Media Network?
With the recent reduction in peoples' driving habits, Epsilon didn't change their software to reflect lesser mileage being driven, and are ofter overestimating the mileage on our customers' vehicles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging?
It is the software many organizations use to send in-house and mass marketing emails and we are one of those organizations. It’s a great software to work with and if you don’t know how to use one you don’t need to worry they will help you in all manners to learn it before and the whole process is very simple and easy to adapt. What do you dislike about Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging?
Unlike many other software out there it lacks one option, editing. Now you might think that it is not a big deal but unfortunately, it is. Once a campaign is launched and you need to change or edit something you will have to remove the whole campaign and start a new one again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
