UI/UX and usability is weak compared to similar global players like Kenshoo that have integrated into the Amazons/Walmarts/Targets of the world. For example, you still can't use the Epsilo platform for keyword search volume research if not within a direct range of keywords (haven't used it for a few months so the exact dynamics slips my mind), and have to go back to Shopee and Lazada platforms.

Ability to sort by descending/ascending (most common use case for advertisers to see top spending keywords / highest CPCs / highest conversions) is bad as the platform resets itself at every opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
