In the year I've used Epsilo, I've seen them roll out an upgraded version with new features, improved UI, and better UX. They also make it easier to scale on-retailer ads. Lastly, the support team and our customer success manager are very responsive and willing to help out with all of our queries. **What do you dislike about Epsilo?** There are still some data discrepancies and at times syncing issues with campaigns not being pushed to the retailer seller center unless manually flagged to the support team. It also takes a while for them to launch their new features. **What problems is Epsilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Handling a multinational consumer goods account with multiple storefronts in different retailers, Epsilo helped provide that one platform for the business to manage on-retailer ads. ### 5. For example, you still can't use the Epsilo platform for keyword search volume research if not within a direct range of keywords (haven't used it for a few months so the exact dynamics slips my mind), and have to go back to Shopee and Lazada platforms. Ability to sort by descending/ascending (most common use case for advertisers to see top spending keywords / highest CPCs / highest conversions) is bad as the platform resets itself at every opportunity. **What problems is Epsilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Optimizing for one keyword across multiple SKUs in one store is by far the biggest benefit of Epsilo. Due to the current E-retailer(Shopee) seller center is quite manual. Everything starts at SKUs. Epsilo helps us to group all those SKUs and manage them under a campaign that is time-saving yet there's still a limitation to develop in the future. ### 10.
