They feel like actual peers in the creative process. They understand how editors think, but they also genuinely listen when something doesn’t work. Whenever I bring up an issue, whether it’s a workflow detail or something that feels off, the response is usually either “we’re already working on that” or “I’ll pass it to the team,” and it actually gets done. The combination of a massive library, a great tool, and a team that reacts quickly to feedback makes the whole experience feel collaborative rather than transactional. The library's size is great, but it also makes it difficult to find exactly what you need. The filters help, but they are not always enough, and the search can feel a bit unclear at times. I notice this especially with sound effects. There is so much good material, but it can take longer than it should to narrow it down. I do not have a perfect solution, but anything that makes discovery smoother would make a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
