What do you dislike about Epicor iScala?

In Italy we have electronical billing and we found a lot of difficulties with this software that required a lot of Iscala Customer Support calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epicor iScala solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's good for everyday use even if sometimes it doesn't recognize symbols we need to use and so we have to modify our best practices to make them more Iscala friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
