What do you like best about ePET?

That clients are able to confirm appointments through email and text. Before using ePetHealth, we had to call customers every day, which could be inconvenient for them if they were at work when answering our reminder call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ePET?

While it is easy to use, the adjustment period to using the program (learning all of its functions) took a little longer than I had hoped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ePET solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to connect an online pharmacy to ePetHealth, allowing clients to request prescription refills at any time and clients are able to order certain medications (like preventatives) that we do not sell in our office, delivered to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ePET?

I really like the option to send reminder messages, update messages etc. Our clients want updates while their pet is in the office and being able to quickly send them a message every few hours has been huge in giving the clients more comfort when their loved pet is sick. its amazing that you can quickly send a video or picture as well to give more personalized updates. also appreciate the appointment reminders are automated so no need to worry about the weekly job of sending out all the reminders. What do you dislike about ePET?

I am not a huge fan of how the client interacts with the application. They dont necessarily understand the system and thus we tend not to push them into using it for more than reminders and updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ePET:

I do recommend this, however I feel like the company could improve upon features and add some options that we dont even know we need yet. I like the client education articles which allow us to show our clients what is going wrong with their pets. I havent get figured out if we can send these documents to the clients directly for future use, but that would definitely be of help. I will look into this further and ask support if I cannot figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ePET solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly the biggest help has been with automating the reminders. This saves a staff member from manually doing this on a weekly basis, saving time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
