The dynamic reports, that you view on the screen, are quite flexible, and virtually every type of report you want exists. The PDF reports have improved over the years. There is constant improvement made with the system, even if the pace of improvement seems slow. Support is generally responsive. Having the trading system integrated with the portfolio reporting system is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Envestnet | Tamarac?** The API is difficult to use and can only extract information out of the system. The users/roles management is confusing. Enhancement requests seem to go into a black hole, even simple requests like, "Please add a field to a report." Quite a bit of the system is simply not intuitive. There is no audit trail in the system that shows when a field is changed and who changed it. PDF reports are confusing to set up, and the size of the reports is much larger than is needed. **What problems is Envestnet | Tamarac solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tamarac puts everything we need for portfolio management and financial advice at our fingertips. It is the primary internal source of truth for our accounts within the firm (the ultimate source of truth being the custodian banks). Tamarac streamlines trading and rebalancing accounts because of the seamless integration between the portfolio management/reporting feature and the trade rebalancing engine. ### 4. Customizing our new account opening and closing processes. ### 5.
