I really like how with Entrata, everything lives together in one place, making it easy to follow up and follow along with residents. The emailing feature and the handling of financials and maintenance requests are standout aspects for me. The whole company can have eyes on a resident at any time, knowing where something is sitting, pending, or has been requested. Entrata is more user-friendly, can do more, and offers more automated emails and templates, which is great for our needs. I wish there was an @ function on the side where we work to communicate with people to fix things. It would be nice if there was a queue for agents so not so many hands are in the same pot. I use Entrata for communication, leasing, marketing, maintenance requests, and reporting. I love how it streamlines everything in one location, helping me communicate on a mass level with all residents and view updates on work orders easily. It's really helpful! I really like that I can locate any reports I need to see how the property is doing. The communication center is great for sending out mass emails, and the library is terrific for finding necessary reports. The maintenance tab helps me provide updates to residents.
