The dynamic functionality of Entrata eliminates the need for multiple software systems to store and pull financial data. This has reduced friction for our team and ensures consistent and accurate data across the company. Another great thing about Entrata is that it is very intuitive and makes training new employees quite easy. This makes it easy to implement across our platform. We use Entrata very frequently for external due diligence, financial reporting, and a variety of other daily uses. The customer support team has also allowed us to implement a variety of new reports into our default pulls through Entrata, which have been very easy to integrate. Entrata offers a wide range of API integrations, including marketing platforms, payment processors, and smart home technology, allowing operators to customize their tech stack without sacrificing system stability.
