I really like that I can call Entrata whenever I have an issue, and it usually gets resolved pretty quickly. When there are large-scale issues that need to be escalated, it takes a long time for the problems to get fixed, especially when it impacts the financials of the building. We've had issues with getting new Entrata features set up, like rent reporting or master insurance policies. If it's an add-on feature, we always have significant issues with our tenants and property managers being able to access it and receiving any sort of response from our representatives. Also, the initial setup seemed easy, but once properties opened, we realized there were significant issues not noticed earlier, causing problems for residents and leading to some losses in residents.
