What I like best about Entrata is that it keeps everything in one place. Managing work orders, communicating with residents, tracking maintenance, and documenting completed work is simple and organized. The mobile app allows me to update work orders in real time, upload photos, and stay on top of my daily tasks, which helps improve efficiency and response times.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

Entrata is a great platform overall, but the mobile app can sometimes be slow and require refreshing before updates appear. Finding certain settings or work order details can also take more clicks than necessary. Improving the app’s speed, search function, and offline capabilities would make it even better for maintenance teams working in the field.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

What I like most about Entrata is that it keeps everything I need in one place. From managing leads and applications to tracking follow-ups, processing move-ins, and communicating with residents, it helps keep my day organized and running more efficiently. I also appreciate the automated reminders and task management, since they help me stay on top of prospects and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Overall, it’s a user-friendly platform that helps me deliver a better experience for both prospects and residents.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

Working in a fast-paced lease-up community, I sometimes wish Entrata loaded a bit faster and made resident and prospect information easier to access from one screen. On high-volume days, having fewer clicks and less jumping between pages would make a noticeable difference. Even with those frustrations, I still find it to be a very effective platform for managing leasing, resident communication, and day-to-day operations.

Entrata solves the challenge of having to manage multiple systems by bringing leasing, resident communication, maintenance, accounting, and reporting into a single platform. Rather than switching between different programs throughout the day, I can take care of most of my daily responsibilities in one place. It saves me time, cuts down on errors, and helps me stay organized.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

After using Entrata for the past year, I enjoy how smooth and reliable it is. You don't have to go between one or more systems, it's all in one. It is far superior to Yardi. Another aspect I enjoy is the lead follow up, it is easy and simple and as a leasing specialist that's what I need.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I truly don't have much to say that is bad about entrata. One thing I do not like is when I am following up and putting in notes for a tour, and it makes me input a specific unit that I showed, when really that does vary and we might not even have it. Also, on our website, when someone applies, it does not show them units to select which has been an ongoing issue.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have the peace of mind that everything having to do with the property is in one place, moving someone in, and moving someone out, is super simple. Our website always looks great, and it helps me by not having to take extra time to do do certain things that normally take a long time.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I love how user-friendly Entrata is for both prospects and residents, as well as for management teams. The step-by-step approach with clear direction adds to its usability. It is wonderful for application, leasing, and resident management. I also appreciate the smooth initial setup; newly transitioned deals only experienced blackout windows for less than a week, which is amazing. Overall, Entrata effectively oversees business operations in property management for student communities.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

One area I'd love to see improved is when qualification metrics or floor plans change easier without having to cancel out leases. The Turn-Move out/move in process, while easy, is tedious, and I don't find teams utilize it, which could be due to our company settings.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Entrata manages leasing processes smoothly, from prospect interactions to lease agreements and resident requests, enhancing our operational efficiency.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I like the level of support that I receive. I appreciate that Entrata is always changing and trying to improve, and I really like how the development team takes our suggestions seriously and works to make the lead to lease process as smooth as possible. It's a very user-friendly product, almost like an Apple product, and it's really intuitive. I also find it impressive that we've had very few issues with Entrata not functioning properly over the many years we've used it. When it comes to the onboarding process, Entrata has really put time and money into making it easier, especially when we buy new properties—we're ready to go as soon as we close. I think it's an all-in-one package, which makes Entrata so strong.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I don't like the new chat version of support as much. It slows down the process compared to the way that it had been. The chat will typically give me something that I could Google or look up myself by searching the help center. The chat feature just does not seem up to speed at this point. In addition, I think there are currently some issues with screening that are forcing us to call Support to speed up the process.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work across many of the Entrata functionalities, from setting up lease terms and pricing, to creating lease templates and addenda to adjusting the hundreds of Entrata settings to best meet our team's needs.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

I find Entrata to be a robust platform with a ton of native reporting available, which is really useful. I really like that residents can pay rent directly, place work orders, see and sign documents through it. The capabilities it offers, such as the reporting, are exactly what we wanted to see, and it had been a major factor in our decision to switch from Appfolio. The initial setup was great, and everyone at Entrata has been so nice.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

As it's grown, it has gotten a tad byzantine. It's hard to find any one person at Entrata that can answer questions, and the help desk platform, while much improved, still leaves a lot to be desired. It's often hard to find support articles for specific questions. For example, I once wanted to find out where to upload our company logo, and in what format/size, etc., and it took me months to find someone that could help me, as there was no support for it, and several staffers I asked couldn't tell me.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Entrata for CRM, accounting, maintenance, and overall management of thousands of units. It's robust with native reporting, allowing residents to pay rent, place work orders, and sign documents.

I like the wide range of settings and configuration options in Entrata. It allows me to set up the company and then have the processes in a way that best fits the organization.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

There are a few things in workflows that could be fixed, like the quick search. The quick search alone would be great. Being able to search for an invoice by an invoice number, being able to search for a vendor, being able to search for basically anything that you need in the quick search and taking you to the correct spot would be wonderful. Also, getting vendor access easily added to vendors, and being able to take vendors out of certain people's profiles and being unable to see it. Those are probably the biggest ones for me.

Entrata helps with workflows, communities, processes, and organizational structure.

**What do you like best about Entrata?**

Entrata is easy to use and easy to learn. It has reports to help organize your office and make it run smoothly. You can easily complete tasks in each tab to make sure the daily activities are being completed. The only recommendation would be to allow pictures in the texting portion for residents to use. Another great feature of Entrata is the ease to report any issues you have and customer service will address them immediately. This helps with daily use of the Entrata. Highly recommend Entrata to integrate from any other service provider.

The only recommendation would be to improve the texting portion of the app, allowing residents and prospects to send and receive pictures.

What I like best about Entrata is that it keeps all property management and accounting tasks in one system and is easy to use. It helps make processes like invoice posting, journal entries, and bank reconciliation faster and more efficient, while providing real-time financial data and helpful reports.

As I am from the accounts department, I would like to suggest reviewing the vendor access facility, as there have been instances where vendors processed invoices incorrectly against the PO.

Entrata is very user friendly once you understand the layout, and it keeps everything centralized in one platform. I like that leasing, resident accounts, work orders, and reporting are all integrated, which makes day to day property management much more efficient. The reporting tools are especially helpful for tracking occupancy, delinquency, and leasing performance. It also makes communication and documentation easy to reference, which helps keep our team organized and accountable.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

As a leasing agent who uses Entrata every day, it can sometimes feel a little slow or require more clicks than necessary to complete simple tasks. During busy seasons when I’m working with multiple prospects at once, switching between tabs and screens can slow me down. It also takes time to fully learn where everything is located, so there’s a learning curve for new team members. Overall it works well, but streamlining a few common leasing functions would make it even more efficient.

Entrata is solving the problem of having leasing, resident management, and reporting spread across multiple systems. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and separate platforms, everything is centralized in one place. This helps reduce miscommunication, keeps prospect and resident information organized, and allows me to quickly access applications, lease documents, and payment details.

I really like that I can call Entrata whenever I have an issue, and it usually gets resolved pretty quickly. I also enjoy that I can give different people access, even if they're in the same department. I can give individualized access to someone.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

When there are large-scale issues that need to be escalated, it takes a long time for the problems to get fixed, especially when it impacts the financials of the building. We've had issues with getting new Entrata features set up, like rent reporting or master insurance policies. If it's an add-on feature, we always have significant issues with our tenants and property managers being able to access it and receiving any sort of response from our representatives. Also, the initial setup seemed easy, but once properties opened, we realized there were significant issues not noticed earlier, causing problems for residents and leading to some losses in residents.

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Entrata for generating leases, setting up bank accounts for rent payments, organizing resident documents, and sending out renewals and resident communications.

It makes the site easy to navigate, since all the tabs are clearly labeled as soon as you enter.

The only down fall I will say is you can't call out from Entrata you can only email or text.

It’s easy to receive notifications and send messages to residents. All the tabs are right on the home page, which makes everything straightforward and easy to explain.

The only thing I dislike about Entrata is you cant call from it.

The initial setup was very easy and only took around 30 minutes to get everything over. It's a very good system to have.

I like Entrata because it's easy and simple to use, and once you learn the processes and procedures, it's not complicated and goes pretty fast. I use it for work, and I appreciate that I can run reports quickly and see everything exactly as I need. It resolves any communication issues because everything is documented. Entrata is easy to learn and understand, much clearer than other interfaces in leasing. I find the quick accessibility and organization of the site valuable, as everything is organized exactly where you need it, with tabs for residents, leads, maintenance, and reports. You don't have to search for anything, which makes things so much easier. The initial setup was simple, with management just giving me access.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I don't like that in the application process, if there's an unknown character or a phone number that's too long in the guarantor's application, it won't let us generate the lease agreement. I wish it would flag it when the applicant is adding that. It's especially problematic since we deal with a lot of international students, and it doesn't work all the way, causing more technical difficulties. Then we have to search down what the problem is.

I like how Entrata makes it easy to ensure that residents' work orders are completed in a timely manner. Without it, we would probably be lost and not know what work orders residents want, and we could fall behind. It helps us keep control of our daily tasks and accomplish our jobs and maintenance efficiently. Additionally, it was easy to download on our phones and computers, with no issues and straightforward setup.

Probably emergency calls, if we had emergencies. We can get emergency calls direct phone number.

Entrata recently adjusted their guest cards to automatically opt prospects in for text messaging which has been a HUGE help. Also, their Digital Marketing Bundle has saved my team 21 hours per person per month (84 hours total). Amazing!

In email campaigns, Entrata has an AI feature to help with mass emails. However, the AI doesn’t use Entrata’s merge fields so you need to delete the AI attempts at merge fields and replace with Entrata’s, creating concern over using AI at all until fixed as it hurts the brand to miss an edit 

**What problems is Entrata solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Entrata dashbord provides an all-in solution to organizing our on-site team's day-to-day and helping our corporate team have a great snapshot of what is going on at the property and how to best aid our teams. This has allowed for a reduction of calls and emails as everything is easily accesible.

I really like how with Entrata, everything lives together in one place, making it easy to follow up and follow along with residents. The emailing feature and the handling of financials and maintenance requests are standout aspects for me. The whole company can have eyes on a resident at any time, knowing where something is sitting, pending, or has been requested. Entrata is more user-friendly, can do more, and offers more automated emails and templates, which is great for our needs. The initial setup was seamless, and it's a product I'm highly likely to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

I wish there was an @ function on the side where we work to communicate with people to fix things. It would be nice if there was a queue for agents so not so many hands are in the same pot. Also, if something needed to be fixed, being able to @ the person or team instead of having to send screenshots through an email separately would be great.

I love how it streamlines everything in one location, helping me communicate on a mass level with all residents and view updates on work orders easily. It's really helpful! I really like that I can locate any reports I need to see how the property is doing. The communication center is great for sending out mass emails, and the library is terrific for finding necessary reports. The maintenance tab helps me provide updates to residents. The initial setup was seamless with no issues, and I'd highly recommend it to a friend or colleague.

The UI can use a bit of a touch-up regarding the various amounts of tabs, searching for things takes a bit if youre not familiar
Setting up Guest Cards and Applications can sometimes be a tedious process

The only thing i wish they would add is a "how-to" link that was a little easier to find.
We are also a Quext property, and they do a great job of creating step-by-step videos and slides so that there are many different ways to find answers to your questions

Leasing and follow up is extremely easy to track 
I also love budget vs actual so I am easily able to track our monthly spending
Lead Conversion is also extremely clear and easy to understand 
We have also been using it to track property reviews

Entreat has w way of now filtering out prospects rhat are starting the application process which is extremely helpful in seeing who I need to make a promotion communication for day to day duties in office.

I do still feel that customer support should be more accessible to every position in property management this would help a lot when it comes to getting quick answers to prospects that have put in applications with a screening issue, etc.

They are making the Identity and income verification process very seamless. You come across so many fraudulent applicant issues in terms of verifying the person and their income. With Entrata's screening requirements and process these issues have come to a minimum.

I really like Entrata for its organization and how it helps me continue to contact incoming applicants and new leads. It's also very organized and exceptionally easy to navigate, which makes it easier for me to send leases and contact residents and applicants I might forget about due to the large volume. Entrata has helped me stay organized, managing incoming leads effectively.

**What do you dislike about Entrata?**

Sometimes the system glitches, especially with applications. If there's a duplicate guest card or account and I delete it, sometimes both accounts get deleted because the numbers and emails are connected. There's also a citizenship glitch where I have to manually set the citizenship.

I use Entrata to send leases, contact residents I forget about, and organize a large volume of contacts.
