This software is too generic and not industry-specific, very time-consuming for initial setup, and this may not be very useful to short-term employees if the staff turn-over rate is too high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)?

The system gives me nudges whenever I need to take an action and this enables me to focus on actual work and not worry about my performance. The insights are quite helpful in assessing performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)?

No Issues so far, the team has been really helpful in setting up the system, onboarding, training, support etc. the software itself is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is entomo (formerly KPISOFT) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had issues with tracking performance of employees, while employees were achieving their goals, our company was not hitting the target. Aligning the goals has helped bridge this gap. We also wanted to change employee behavior and make it more performance oriented for which the nudge functionality helped Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Performance Review (OKR), which requires managers to key in every single words/comments.

UX/UI is not customizable to support widget-based design, favorites, pinning the menus etc. Also, plug and play architecture to support the integration of other project management tools. It helps set clear goals, and track and measure. Also, like the social media kind of functionality to support the actions to perform and information that users can consume on organizations like social media.
