Enterprise Search is very easy to use or implement. We can locate documents quickly, and in single search we can find multiple data and databases in different format etc. The single search options helps a lot to save my time and efforts. It's very easy to setup, configure and maintain. Users find it easy searching and locating documents. Users also love the workflow feature. You can also define views that are like a query allowing a user to query very specific documents. They can also add additional private filters to these views that only they can use. Security can be difficult to setup and maintain. Email alerts can be difficult to setup and maintain. Perceptive Experience was developed so all of Perceptive features are available via an internet browser.
