**What do you like best about Enterprise Health?**

The employee portal is a useful feature.

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Health?**

Unfortunately, they promised a few custom forms that they could not deliver while I worked at Houston Methodist Hospital.  As the director of clinical care, I and my colleagues were extremely disappointed in their follow-through after all the money and time our hospital had devoted to acquiring and deploying their software.  We had hopes of making our workload lighter with all of those precious resources devoted to the new software.   It was the single largest expenditure of my entire 10 years in the position.   Instead, our clinical requests went unanswered and we were worse off using their software (on the clinical side).   I had never encountered an occupational health software company that told you they would do something and just tabled it indefinitely.   I am perplexed by how they garner glowing reviews on their website and felt it was important to share my experience.   If you must have their bells and whistles but want customization, I would ensure you had a contract that incorporates a deadline for custom reports.   Then if they don't deliver, you have some recourse... maybe.

**What problems is Enterprise Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a negative review of the software.  The cons outweigh the pros on the clinical side.

**What do you like best about Enterprise Health?**

1. Ease of use
2. Customer support is FANTASTIC!
3. Easy to run reports from system and distribute securely.
4. Interfaces with multiple other systems, creating an 'all in one' location to order tests, labs, referrals etc.
5. The Employee Portal

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Health?**

Compared to what we had before, it hard to come up with something that I don't like. If I had to say something it would be that some processes require a lot of 'mouse clicks'.

**What problems is Enterprise Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notifying employees of overdue tests and getting them their test results is very easy with Enterprise Health.

**What do you like best about Enterprise Health?**

The service is like Google meets WebMD. Upon using it, all the clients' access is available to me in 1/2 clicks. The homepage has a variety of options and almost anything you can imagine, including workplace injuries

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Health?**

Sometimes trying to get to where you want to go requires more than a few tabs and clicks. You have to be precise in the search screen to find specific info on what you want. It's a learning curve but frustrating but that's every portal service

**Recommendations to others considering Enterprise Health:**

Google websites for tips and asks others what shortcuts there are to alleviate problems

**What problems is Enterprise Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are consolidating patient info and making folders a one-stop-shop on how to pull up records. The service can be overwhelming to the new user, and tutorials do not help. You have to learn by doing it

**What do you like best about Enterprise Health?**

I love that we can have all of our data in one place that is accessible all around the globe.  This helps our group streamline our charting and data.

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Health?**

Some of the items are "out of the box" and when certain changes need to be made for ease of use or data necessity, it can interfere with any future updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Enterprise Health:**

I think the implementation process was difficult for our group as most of our global sites had never used the system before.  Unfortunately, we did have 2.5 days of training, but we left with a lot of questions, and this was especially difficult for our employees with ESL.  I believe there would be a way (with more planning) to have the training done, with instructions in other languages just to ease the transition.

**What problems is Enterprise Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing the system to track our surveillance has been a life and time saver.  The system notifies 60-90 in advance to allow us time to notify the employee and get them scheduled for their testing.  With the early notification, we are also able to ensure we have time to complete the testing and potential follow-ups prior to their anniversary date.

**What do you like best about Enterprise Health?**

The EH tool has a wide range of capabilities that can be customized to individual customer needs.  The EH team was very knowledgeable during customization and data migration - making suggestions to help improve functionality and efficiencies that we didn't consider.

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Health?**

During configuration, data migration and training - the EH team was very responsive and timely to fix issues.  Now that we have moved into the support phase and have issues or things that need additional modifications - the response time is not as good, have to send reminders, etc.   I realize it is a different services level and new requests or additions may take longer - but when we find an issue with the systems performance, these should be addressed timely with routine communications from EH on the status

**What problems is Enterprise Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to move our clinics to a paperless medical record is a big advantage - saves time, money, and valuable office space.  Improved communication with Worker's Compensation and Occupational Health Services as we are all working out of the same system.  The system is similar to other products on the market so training new staff is much easier as they are familiar with they electronic EMR's.   Overall the system is user-friendly and saves valuable nursing time previously spent in documentation, filing, filing out paperwork, etc.

Their support team, when needed, are both knowledgeable about their application and the business processes we are trying to achieve.

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Health?**

The inability to do things ourselves.  The application is written on technology we are not fully comfortable with and have to reach our to EH for some of our reporting needs.

**What problems is Enterprise Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving for a more efficient practice and with each new release we are able to find smoother transaction flows.  They are also quick to adjust to the changing landscape for things like COVID contact tracing and encounters.

Not much that I dislike so far. I am pretty happy with the small amount I have seen it and hopefully, more features for employees will come in the future

**What do you like best about Enterprise Health?**

It could be fully customized according to regulatory framework, business needs and safety risk profile of an organization. It is also very user-friendly and it improves productivity and mobility significantly with its mobile app version.

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Health?**

There is no down side of the system. We find it absolutely perfect

**What problems is Enterprise Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have implemented multiple modules of the system that are working very successfully such as Incident Reporting and Investigation, Corrective Action Management, Management of Health Records, Risk Management, Audit and Inspection and Confidential Case Management. In addition to improved productivity and reporting it has significantly improved the incident reporting quality, manager's safety accountability and enhanced visibility of safety risks across the organization.

We have been able to solve our mandatory flu campaign process issues, our recent COVID needs and our overall surveillance needs all with one product, Enterprise Health.

**What do you like best about Enterprise Health?**

Enterprise Health had a standard process for working through the migration to their platform.  They did not make it up as they went along, which made the process less risky and more comfortable for my medical professionals.

**What do you dislike about Enterprise Health?**

Subsequent of go-live, we are not getting the support or response to issues like we were during the implementation.

**What problems is Enterprise Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enterprise Health replaced a legacy, customized platform.  We look forward to being on a platform that can grow and be maintained into the future.
