I appreciate the layout of TheraNest by Ensora Health and that the note functions are very straightforward. The assessments are really helpful, as well as the questionnaires, assessment evaluation, and various forms that I can create for the agency. The screening tools and treatment plans are all very helpful. One of my favorites is the Wiley treatment planner, which I really appreciate being included as it's a helpful part of the package. Ease of use - intuitive to learn the different features. If errors are made with scheduling or billing- they can be corrected easily. Billing capability and having a patient portal was a real upgrade for my practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TheraNest by Ensora Health? Some of the features my colleagues have are not available on my account and it can be confusing sometimes why that is or how to problem solve. At some point, I stopped getting text reminders about client confirmation of sessions and I don't know if clients stopped getting them too. As my practice has gotten smaller - the pricetag remains the same for the features I use to service few clients. It is not easy to figure out how to add more insurances to send bills to - I have only ever successfully submitted to Aetna. I have tried with other insurance companies and there is no paperwork trail to know whether my submission went through. Sometimes I get something in the mail from those insurance companies a few weeks or months later. Also, if a client has more than 1 insurance - billing gets tricky (this is where the features my colleagues have and I don't come into play). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The biggest problem it solved was submitting bills to the main insurance carrier I was dealing with - I used to have to fax or send by mail and I did all my billing by hand.
