While Enginemailer is very effective overall, adding more template variety, deeper analytics insights, and improving advanced customization options would make it even better. Providing more modern, industry-specific templates for events, webinars, and promotions would be helpful. The API is trash. I can't use it for anything besides adding a subscriber. I can't create campaigns in it because of the size limit and campaigns created via API can't be edited. It's completely worthless. Even finding the docs is hard and they're not always accurate. Every time I've tried to do something with the API it hasn't worked right for one reason or another. The website is impressively slow. I can't put multiple images in one row of my email, I have to combine them in Canva first which is really annoying. I think one time I accidentally scheduled a campaign to go out at a future time and instead of showing an error it just sent it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
