What do you like best about Engagez?

What do you dislike about Engagez?

We had great difficulty with running the video streaming services. Each video started with our person running the streaming service telling the speaker and room monitor to begin. So the venue didn't properly inform us when the recording actually started. The volume got turned up on the streaming service, after being muted all morning, which caused echoing for the person running the streaming and took some time to determine that was the problem. What problems is Engagez solving and how is that benefiting you?

In planning our event and informing the Engagez team that we would use their platform, we went several months with no contact with them. Several emails went unanswered. The user interface for the configuration is not always clear. You can see it was not built from scratch with all functionalities planned for. Make sure to invest time in learning the backend setup of the interface. Build a dummy first. It's very flexible but sometimes hard to understand the exact functionalities and consequences of settings and parameters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
