With EngageBay, i have been able to grab more leads, convert them into customers, and delight them with personalized service. Though i don't find any major disadvantage but still there is a room for advancement of features provided.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

EngageBay is a great tool to manage contacts and to run email campaigns. I live the live chat feature where all the agents can view all the chats and answer them which improves the customer satisfaction. Also the UI of the chat is very impressive and the push notifications for each chat, each message are so cool that helps the agents to answer without missing any chats.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

It has all the features that are needed for me to work  but it can certainly work on adding new features like advanced social media tracking, advanced reporting

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is tool that is helping in managing my contacts easily and running email campaigns. I can easily create email templates and send it to a particular list of contacts. Their live chat also helps us in answering our clients questions.

What I like best about this is system, is the functionality, it does everything I need from tagging and managing my contacts to sending out emails. Their customer service is awesome. Always attentive and helpful.

The learning curve of a new system, and the shere volume of work in transferring from one system to another.

EngageBay is a great alternative/substitute for all the other Sales/Marketing/CRM products that are in the market. It is affordable, highly functional and has great customer support.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

The UI/UX is poor compared to similar products. It's also hard to understand what functionalities are available and how to use them. The Sales>>Deals page could also use a facelift and more functionality; including in reporting.

It is a feature rich tool that can be used easily as it user interface is clean and easy to understand. One can easily import contacts, create templaes and landing pages with ease and also automate tasks.

It has everything but there are certain limitations like number of nodes in the automation even on the middle tier which I didn't like.

I have subscribed to EngageBay only to capture leads and send them marketing emails. It was serving my purpose and I am very happy with the product. Apart from the features that I need it has many other advanced features like automations, workflows and landing pages.

Almost very good but they still need to polish their UI and UX.

Basically I started using it to capture the leads and email markting and it is serving my purpose. I can easily create forms and add it to my webiste to capture the leads. Once I have the leads I can divide them in different lists and run email campaings on them.

I like the simple easy to use interface of EngageBay which is very easy to use. Even a non technical person can use it with ease. It offers robust features at the fraction of price.

I use basic CRM and email marketing functionalities. They were relatively easy and straightforward to implement.

Email sequences campaigns are not working very consistently. Too many switches that are easy to trip and brake a sequence. Too many clicks to get things going.

It is a great peice of software but still it lacks in advanced reporting and social analytics. They need to work on adding these functionalities

I love how you can manage your deals (sales pipeline) with email automations associated with those deals from the same platform. This is essential as it saves my sales and account management team a ton of time and effort with regards to admin work

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

The learning curve is steep. Email syn is on the sales pro plan, could have been a part of basic plan. There calendar and invitation automation isn't as good as Calendly.

It helps my account management team to have a visibility of all our active deals ( onboarding pipeline), allowing us to track everything in one place and saving us time.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

I love that you can create unlimited contacts and you could send 50,000 emails per month. But I could purchase additional emailing credits if I want to send even more emails. That is just one part of the All-in-one suite subscription. There are different modules that you can do a lot in, Marketing, Sales, Service, Livechat. Each module has a myriad number of features that you can implement in your own way that will meet your company's needs.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

One thing I dislike about EngageBay is that the All-in-one suite does not actually include everything. There is a new really cool feature which allows you to track website activity, but it is an add-on. EngageBay charges extra for this feature.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EngageBay definitely has a good price for the All-in-one suite when compared to other CRM software. I was looking for a CRM program to be able to send and track emails, especially in mass amounts. EngageBay had that and much more as well.

EngageBay is an excellent product and substitute for all the other products that are in the market. Engagebay is also inexpensive and affordable, adaptable and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

There are some areas that are cluttered like arranging emails in the sequences,  responsive landing pages and advanced reporting. They need to work on all of these.

I wish there was more space for lists without having to upgrade the plan. These lists are really useful for keeping my business organized, and I think it would be great if the paid plans included more of them. I've also been contacted a lot by sales, which is fine, but the policy of deactivating accounts if they're not logged into at least once a week is a bit shocking. I understand the need for some level of activity, but I think once a quarter or even once a month would be more reasonable, especially for those of us running a side business and not needing to be on the platform every week.

- As a Manufacturing company, I find their Task dashboard is very helpful as I can choose Grid view instead of List, so we've made it into a project tracker

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

- No email sync unless you get Sales Pro or All-in-One plan. 
- Some features need improvement such as the filter. For example, suppose I want to filter contacts of multiple accounts (let's say 5). In that case, I have to create the same set of conditions for 5 accounts instead of being able to pick multiple accounts from a list, and there is no way I can duplicate the set I create, which is time-consuming. You'll encounter many other little things along the way and have to work around them. 
- They have the mobile app but I haven't been able to use it. If I go to "Deals" and want to click on a deal to see more details, nothing happens. Please fix your mobile app.

A great platform for both our Sales and Marketing teams, a great alternative to Hubspot as we're a small company and need something simple and more affordable. We can also work with other departments in the company using the Tasks feature.

This product is great for all in-one-CRM management. It allows for excellent and simple communication with customers and broadening reach to ensure you're monthly marketing has growth and engages customers.

I wokld like for the interface to feel a bit more modern. I also think the name is relatively long winded so when talking about this platform it often leaves others with a bit of confusion about what the platform actually does.

Marketing automation for my clothing business is really great with the help of this product. It tends to make posting and keeping up with emails sent to potential customers, simple.

I just upgraded to Growth level so still learning.  But I am impressed by the responsiveness of the customer service team.  To me that speaks loudly.  What i have used so far has been fairly easy to set up and works as it should.

A holistic solution for small and medium-sized companies. An optimal choice for StartUps. Nearby everything covered what a business needs to get going. If you even don't have a website, you can set it up as a 100% fully automated marketing machine with graphical and logical pathways.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

Some setup steps can be a bit difficult, and some essential functionalities on mobile devices are missing. I know most functions are not necessary on mobiles, but responding to contact emails or copying phone numbers to start calls can get annoying, even with their explicit app. But I'm sure that will be improved in the near future (if not done already).

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EngageBay allows you to get potential clients and helps you to bind your existing ones. It allows you to track all your communications and interactions with your client. From web forms to proposals and project progress, tracking clicks and start automating if conditions are met supports you on the pathway to an successful lead. From forms, online chats, custom fields, even phone calls from within the app, voice recordings, tracking, tagging and much more: For this price-performance ratio, you hardly find competitors (and I searched a lot!).

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

It's most helpful that Engagebay can automatically sync course enrollments from our Thinkific LMS websites. That way, we can segment contacts by what they've shown interest in. The automations and workflows are particularly helpful for moving leads through different lessons to vet interested leads before assigning them to the sales department. It's a plus that we don't have to recreate our website on their platform to make it work for us.  Also, the team at Engagebay is very responsive to our needs.

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

There are a few things that could be made easier in the programming, like copying whole automations to workflows so we don't have to manually recreate them and copying of emails created in automations--it would be nice if templates were automatically created when an email is created anywhere. Looking up a contact's activity from live chat could be more seamless because a contact doesn't wait around very long to get an answer; instead of having to open another tab, I'd like to be able to click on the email to open the Contact's record.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Targeted followup emails that are automated based on what a contact does on our website is probably the biggest problem that we are going to be able to solve. Assigning salespeople automatically at the end of that followup evenly between our sales department is also a game changer for us.

**What do you like best about EngageBay?**

The EngageBay All-in-one platform is the most simple, but what I like best they have great customer support. This I would say is that USP (Unique Selling Proposition). However, there are many things I love about the platform. It has a Marketing, Sales, and Support system for your business. The marketing platform allows you to build landing pages and create automation to take your prospect through the customer journey, where they come out on the backside as paying customers. The sales platform is designed for direct sales (Telemarketing).

**What do you dislike about EngageBay?**

There are many things I dislike, but the simplicity of the platform allows for quite a few workarounds. As you have probably learned, there is no perfect platform. All of them have issues. Here are my gripes about EngageBay. They don't have enough video training. If you're not somewhat intuitive, this is not the platform for you. However, the intuitive thrives here; it is just that simple. 

I don't like the mobile landing page builder. You build the desktop, and then you must rebuild the mobile landing pages. I don't like their third-party integrations. They are sometimes not as intuitive. I don't like the way the sticky-bars work; they should allow you to suspend them without deleting them as you deem necessary. 

I a sure there are other things, but nothing significant. In the end, it is just tiny frustrations, and there are no large ones.

**What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They allow me to do almost all of my marketing from one platform. I have a landing page builder, forms, stick-bars to build a list, and social media post disbursements. There have been many products I have been able to replace my autoresponder, my website platform, automation,  and many other tools they allow you to get rid of. At the end of they day I would imagine they save you $500+ per month.

The customer service is pretty great. They have all of the automations and workflows you need for a small business. It's a great platform for an all-in-one sales, marketing, and support tool, and it's a pretty good option considering the price point. It's not too complex to use once you get into the swing of things. They even implemented a feature in two days in the forms that I thought would be useful and easy to execute after talking to support about it once.

The only issues I've run into with EngageBay is there aren't any ETAs or timelines for things that are on the roadmap or in development. Other than that, everything has been good.

Truly having an all-in-one solution to a small business. Being able to manage all my contacts, leads, correspondence, marketing campaigns and automations in one place has been great for keeping myself and my business organized.

I've really enjoyed using EngageBay. With it, we're managing to hit email open rates above 40% regularly. They have tools available that other email platforms just do not have. Their service is also very quick to reply when you have questions.

With All in one suite, you have an overview of all company segments. From marketing to sales team. When you correctly set up your account, your work becomes very easy and fast. With a new design, dashboards are even more user-friendly. We have different integrations, and everything works smoothly.

Automations have some limitations that could make your life even easier, but it's nothing crucial. We are marketing agency and we always come with new ideas how could make our automations better and for that case we sometimes find some limitations with automations and workflows.

I like the layout of the platform. It is easy to use and simple to select filters for what your business finds most important to see. We tried a competitor before coming to Engagebay and it was not user friendly and the support/help features were not conducive to a busy business owner. The chat feature in Engagebay is outstanding. I am always able to get support immediately, I have never left the chat without my questions being answered, and the employees are on point with their knowledge and professionalism.

I wish there was more space for lists without having to upgrade the plan. These keep my business organized and are a fantastic tool. Maybe think about upping the allotment of lists for each paid plan.

Organization, Team Member Unity, Email Broadcast and knowing who read/clicked what link. This definitely helps keep my business running smoothly and efficiently.

For those looking to just get started – in our case, we are starting a small software company, EngageBay offered the best value for their free plan that would allow us to scale in a way that minimized risk on our end.

I have been contacted insessently by sales. The most shocking element is that if you do not log in your account 1 time per week, they threaten to shut down your account. I could see 1 time per quarter or even per month. Becuase this is a side business we are running, I just don't need to be in there every week.

I needed a simple CRM to keep track of our sales calls and emails. Further, I wanted a platform that I could grow on if sales began to take off.

We have used several of their competitors; however, the EngageBay platform is easier to use than the others we tested - so we shifted our business to EngageBay.

If we had to pick something we did not like about EngageBay, it would be the small library of video tutorials available for first-time users of their platform.

I find it astounding how many features the platform offers for the price. For a lot less money, you can get more features and functionality than some of the "big players." This is always a significant positive for us because the system is simple to use and train clients on.

Although they are always willing and ready to assist, the training manuals may be improved. Some of my questions are generic and could have been answered in a manual.

Engagebay organizes and simplifies the most useful business marketing options. It is an excellent substitute for all of the other products on the market others are too expensive. EngageBay, on the other hand, is inexpensive, adaptable, and simple to use. We use it mostly for marketing and sales automation.

Some areas are cluttered, such as email sequences, but they are minimal. It is critical to improving dashboards that provide a holistic view of the organization.

EngageBay is an excellent alternative to all the other CRM solutions on the market. It was an easy choice for us when we saw that the product had all the needed functionalities at a fraction of the competitor's price. It's a flexible, intuitive, and easy-to-use solution for marketing and sales. Especially the automation functions are excellent. I'm also very impressed with the customer service. They are quick to reply and fix problems.

The Service Bay still lacks some functionalities that we need, so we have to use an alternative solution for that at the moment. It would also be great to have better integration with social networks.

Market and sales automation (e-mail, sequences etc.), web forms, pop-ups, live chat, task management, appointment scheduling software and 360-degree customer view are popular functions for us. It helps us build stronger relationships with our customers and free up time with automated processes.

 The tools for customer journeys were very intuitive and powerful. The price is right also.

Sometimes I get too many emails from their sales department. I have used CRM products that synch better with third party vendors. I am sure this is in the works.

I like the ease of use of the platform, very intuitive and now that they have changed design is even nicer! I also like how there is always someone available through the chat to support you and solve queries.

I wouldn't say I liked that at the beginning; we only had a 100 email limit to send, but the team helped me out effectively and gave me the correct instructions so that our limit could be increased.

What I love best about EngageBay is you can create contacts just by importing your CSV file. You can also create Marketing Campaigns and monitor them at the same time. Analytics in Dashboard is very useful in getting information on sent campaigns versus bounces, spams, and unsubscribes.

So far it is very useful, nothing to dislike.
