I had the pleasure of using this tool and it is highly customizable, very transparent and easy to use! I would highly recommend this tool to help track commissions.

**What do you like best about Encore Online Business Management?**

The user interface is great, having the ability to track your commissions and see how you are tracking for forecasting purposes. This is a very helpful and useful tool!

**What do you dislike about Encore Online Business Management?**

The only thing that I would change about this platform is the fact that there are a bit too many drop downs that might confuse some people when trying to filter by month.
