It allows for on place to manage change, evaluate hazards, document PHA and manage action items to closure. Reporting in the system is also very simple making it easy to gather and communicate performance metrics to leadership. The system really helps bring visibility to EHS performance. **What do you dislike about Enablon ESG Excellence?** A someone who has spent the bulk of my career working in Quality Management Systems this was a simple transition for me and I can't seem to think of any dislikes. **What problems is Enablon ESG Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enablon took a hard to manage paper system to an electronic system with all metrics and processes available with just a few key strokes. This brought about a lot of efficiencies not only in paper management but also in time management. ### 3. I personally use a lot the Mobile app, and is great for staff to report incidents, carry out audits. Also, Enablon integrated system to capture information from all modules. In my case, I cut down at least 20% or 25% of time spent on monthly and quarterly reporting to the corporate and regional offices. The internal support is fantastic, we have a single point of contact to submit questions and problems. The offer quick detailed responses to get you back on track if you have questions. Finally, Enablon is very user-friendly and engaging, simple to use and simple to train out. **What do you dislike about Enablon ESG Excellence?** One of the aspects that has a huge impact is the cost. Globally for my company this software is a 6 figure annual costing system. In our case, this cost is absorve by hundreds of sites and facilities around the world, for large organizations like us, this might be affordable but there are many other smaller systems that can do the same thing. **Recommendations to others considering Enablon ESG Excellence:** ENABLON is a powerful tool with the required flexibility. It is neccesary to carry out an internal assessment prior to buy this type of software in order to identify the right KPI and metrics that your company need to report. the users and administrators for ENABLON needs to be trained to be able to use it, but ffter regular use becomes fairly easy to work... **What problems is Enablon ESG Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my case I decentralize the near miss and incident reporting in plenty of trained resources un every department and facility. This increase the number of eyes and the number of incidents reported and investigated. Also, I take full advantage of the Audit Module to upload the standards questions and the rating and use the mobile app for auditing and it is great. ### 4. Its ability to set self-updating reports and graphics which allow for non-expert users to rapidly understand information that is pertinent to them. High levels of customization and very good search and filtering tools allow for easy retrieval of information and analysis of what the data is tell you. I found it especially useful for rapidly identifying evolving trends and being able to therefore make accurate predictions or identifying pain points before they evolved into serious issues. **What do you dislike about Enablon ESG Excellence?** Enablon has a particular logic that needs to be understood by the user before they can actually be proficient with the toolset. I used enablon as an administrator and the number of queries I would receive from users about how to find information or understand the data stored was quite high, both of these skills should be within reach of basic users. Enablon is an incredibly powerful tool but it needs to be matched with an equally robust and clear basic training and onboarding process for basic users to ensure that they can take full advantage of the system. **What problems is Enablon ESG Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enablon allowed us to centralize information from across several data management services we were using. Additionally, it was a highly functional tool that could be utilized on mobile devices as well as pc which our previous system was unable to do. This is very useful as most of our field workers were located in mines where they did not have stable connections for their computers or out in the field where they could not carry their computers. Allowing them to input data directly from their cellphones allowed an increased flow of information from the sites to the safety team and additionally speed up reporting and investigation processes. ### 5. Enablon is an amazing tool that covers almost all streams of EHS. Integration, though a tad challenging was amazing as Enablon work streams made it extremely easy to visualize the data. Navigating through Enablon is very easy and an average user cam reap the benefits of that. **What do you dislike about Enablon ESG Excellence?** While I like most things about Enablon the fact that its core programming language NABSIC is archaic and thereby niche, it makes it extremely difficult to code. It would be great if we had a simpler, newer programming language integrated into Enablon so that more and more companies see the benefit of the tool. SAP is fast catching up so Enablon needs to be up for the challenge and not be a laggard. **Recommendations to others considering Enablon ESG Excellence:** Definitely worth it but please work on the improvments needed. **What problems is Enablon ESG Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Boeing being a century old company had tons of legacy applications in the EHS space. We were working on integrating and in some cases migrating these applications into Enablon. I was part of the Transport Compliance team that worked on ensuring that chemical lists and their corresponding limits are adhered to. We integrated many tools into Enablon and the flow was smoother and more seamless. We saw plenty of benefits starting from great user experience, ease of use, seamless integration among many others. ### 6. Personnel needs to be trained to be able to use it. After regular use becomes fairly easy to work with. Some changes requires customization from the Enablon support team. Interactive graphics with calculation drill down capabilities for QAQC process. Reports can be exported in a variety of office programs. Alerts can be sent via email when an alarm is triggered. Training can be done on replicas sites to avoid altering the information of the production site. **What problems is Enablon ESG Excellence solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have developed together with an Enablon team a platform to compute emission inventories on an annual basis with all the calculation soft coded with emission factors hard coded. The platform results can be audited, tracked and presented to different levels of management. The platform is robust and flexible at the same time allowing for new additions without altering previous results. User can update every year the information with minimal need of support. ### 7.
