One pain point used to be the update process, since we had to manually install changes on each individual computer, but thankfully, that’s been fixed. The only real challenge now is making sure everyone fully understands how slide linking works—otherwise, they might unknowingly use linked slides to create new content and then see it overwritten. - empower express limits some features behind customer support. This is only a partial issue as the features are still there and customer support is one of the best I have dealt with.

The software is intuitive and reduces time to really build impresses Powerpoint add-ins. I do use a lot of GANTT Charts and the product is very easy and delivers a great quality of charts and other office add-ins. It is kinda fresh compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps our team to stay more organized with our individual slides and presentations. The customer service is also what makes empower special for us. The central library is really helpful to at least establish a foundation to maintain a well-organized corporate library of PowerPoint slides. The authoring tools add functionality that Microsoft failed to implement for years already (and probably never will). After moving the whole solution into the cloud the administrative effort is really small and the performance is much better. Support is good and regular updates provide more features. A central user administration would be nice (shall be in the product soon). More insight into the history of slides would be nice. It remains a challenge to convince users of the benefits (but this is most probably not a particular problem of empower). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
