They integrate with our ATS (talentReef) for a truly seamless process. The support at ESS is also incredible, they're happy to help check on the status of items, and reissue drug screening registrations when they expire/ or the new hire simply cannot complete within a short time frame. **What do you like best about Employment Screening Services, LLC?** I really like the ease of use and customer support. **What do you dislike about Employment Screening Services, LLC?** The only think I dislike is not being notified when a candidate has a flag on their drug screening/ background that needs attention and not being copied in on the update. That may be a privacy feature though! **What problems is Employment Screening Services, LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** ESS helps with quickly getting background checks and drug screening coordination setup for us. The process seems to run on its own which is nice, I can be focusing my time on other tasks vs. spending a lot of time checking on a drug screening or background check. ### 2.
