Employee onboarding surveys are a valuable tool for gathering feedback from new hires about their experience joining the company.

It's really helpful in improving employee retention  and  the onboarding process that creates a positive first impression for new hire.

I felt that sometimes taking surveys is time-consuming and getting too many surveys.
