Ease makes onboarding and benefits management a lot easier than sending all those documents through the mail. Our newer employees prefer this process over printing out all their onboarding documents, filling them out manually, and then sending them back to us and / or bringing them in on their first day. I dislike how when one is completing their I-9, Ease lets users "complete" the I-9 without making document information a requirement needed to be filled in to allow the prospective candidate to move forward.
