From an admin point of view, I love how easy it is to send reminders to employees as well as log in links in case the employee cannot find the link. From an employee point of view, the portal is very easy to navigate as well. The messaging is very clear and the order of benefit plans shown makes sense as well. The only issue I've had is the confirmation email employees recieve after they submit their open enrollment selections. The confirmation email states to the employee that their benefits were submitted but still need to be reviewed, which makes them think they need to do something else on their end. The buttons to elect or waive are just a grayed-out checkmark or x - I couldn't figure out how to get the plans to be selectable so I had to contact support to learn how to proceed. Would be nice if the check or x was more noticeable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
