The way the presentation can be shown to employees makes it a superior software package. Documentation is right there and where you need to click for selections is clearly visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not anything I would say I have disliked about Ease. I believe Ease is a simple-to-use platform. Even our non-tech-savvy employees had a smooth time using Ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We made the switch to Ease last year and it has been amazing. All of the information is streamlined and easy to find. It has made enrollment for our company 10 times better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a couple of things that have been confusing to our employees, such as where to add in their I9 information. A lot of people added it in under "Documents" instead of adding it in the I9 section. But this is a small thing that doesn't affect the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Ease platform has been successful at our organization as it has streamlined our benefits enrollment process, made it paperless and easy for employees to keep track of the information as well as get in touch with the benefits representatives when they need help. As an administrator, I would like the reports' functionality to improve. This function seems outdated and can use improvement. It could use both user-friendly reports creation and better filtering of the reports when produced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very straightforward to use. I add employees with a few details and then have the system email them login instructions. Employees rarely have questions on how to access information or use the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From an admin point of view, I love how easy it is to send reminders to employees as well as log in links in case the employee cannot find the link. From an employee point of view, the portal is very easy to navigate as well. The messaging is very clear and the order of benefit plans shown makes sense as well. The only issue I've had is the confirmation email employees recieve after they submit their open enrollment selections. The confirmation email states to the employee that their benefits were submitted but still need to be reviewed, which makes them think they need to do something else on their end. I don't think the employees need to know about the review process - the simpler, the better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The buttons to elect or waive are just a grayed-out checkmark or x - I couldn't figure out how to get the plans to be selectable so I had to contact support to learn how to proceed. Would be nice if the check or x was more noticeable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
