In Employee leave management India I personally face techinical issue while requesting leave, Like I want approval for tomorrow's leave but it will get approve by after 2 days so for this again we have to call to customer support and tell them valid reason for situation so it will effect my attendance calender. this happened due to technical issues or glitches that can disrupt the system's functionality.
