If you need to do the same type of report every month, astute Is amazing for being able to set favourites - it makes my life so much easier. For example, by saying "this product- list all complaints" I can literally get a report sent to me every month and we can help target which areas of our business need improvement. All my interactions with iPerceptions and requests for data have been handled extremely fast. Integrations with the new iPerceptions API has also given us the ability to visualize and report to stakeholders on a much more frequent basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service at iPerceptions is fantastic. I always know my questions will be answered quickly and as accurately as possible. I also know when they may not have the answers right away (which is rare) they will figure out my complications.
