
I like that the platform is very easy to use and appreciate that the team is very active and always trying to take the platform to the next level by adding robust features that help streamline payroll and HR related matters. I also use imports from Empeon that integrate with our other software such as accounting and scheduling, and the initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service used to be more personal, now it can sometimes be frustrating when I need help on complicated things and the customer service reps aren't always able to help. Also everything needs a ticket and I don't always know if all my tickets have been dealt with as it takes a few days for items to be handled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
