What do you like best about empeon?

I like that the platform is very easy to use and appreciate that the team is very active and always trying to take the platform to the next level by adding robust features that help streamline payroll and HR related matters. What do you dislike about empeon?

Customer service used to be more personal, now it can sometimes be frustrating when I need help on complicated things and the customer service reps aren't always able to help. What do you like best about empeon?

I use Empeon for Payroll and HR and love how customizable it is. There are a lot of ways to tailor reports and profiles to fit our company's needs. I also appreciate the great personal customer support; whenever issues come up, they help figure out solutions and make the experience as smooth as possible. It's user-friendly and easy to set up, which makes everything simple to follow. The ability to add categories on our own without needing back-office intervention is a big plus. What do you dislike about empeon?

Some reporting is too detailed. We like to have yearly summaries, and it's hard to get that without all the millions of details. We would like to see a yearly summary of wages and hours paid for employees but not each pay code and paycheck, just summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about empeon?

I find Empeon's support really helpful. They are patient, help me go through steps when needed, and they follow-up which is great. Shane from the GNL support is particularly noteworthy for his good attitude and helpfulness. Anytime I have an issue with payroll, like a check, I can always reach someone at Empeon over the phone, which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about empeon?

There are some limitations with the software. The onboarding process isn't transparent when someone is currently being onboarded, which leads to issues because we can't see what was submitted and what wasn't.
