Service has been silky smooth for over two years now. **What problems is emnify solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the GPS tracking business, is pretty usual network connectivity issues caused by different carriers or excess data consumption. There are situations where you might have no control at all and depend on unreliable and slow carrier customer service. Emnify allowed me to diagnose and fix it fast and reliably by myself, even forcing the connection of CPE's to a different carrier if needed. Combined with the proper tracker device, I really and noticeably improved per-device uptime. It also allowed avoiding almost all technical in-situ inspections of GPS tracker installations and wiring, which are expensive and time-consuming. ### 37.
