The control we have with each candidate and the tracking we carry out with each of them also gives us, as Recruitment, the option to review and approve candidates so they can continue with the hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I have observed on the platform is that many candidates are left hanging because they do not have a Plant assigned.
