What do you like best about AMS?
I loved being able to use the "dec page view" as a quick overview when a client called. I also loved the "pro-rata" button when trying to figure out a refund. Being able to bridge quotes back and forth into PL Rating was great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about AMS?
Sometimes it was hard generating reports and there wasn't a great way to keep track of new business written. Whenever calling customer support that could take a bit of time on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
