From my high level review, it looks great. The one thing our company does manually is create a coverpage for the expense report PDF and then send it to our AP system for approvals. It is a small thing but over multiple entries every month adds up to a lot of wasted time. We are directed to only submit two reports per month to co-incide with our expense reports. I usually save a draft until all expenses within that timeframe are noted. This feature causes me to have to hold the expenses until the two weeks is up. I prefer to start it at the beginning of each period to ease the entry process as expenses/mileage is accrued each day.
