How can the worst expense reporting App in my professional history garner such rave reviews? Is it that the reviews are cherry-picked for the preferred reviews? Are only the administrators who don't actually use the app daily, clogging up the review board?

How can we implement robust process to find chronic policy violaters?

certain percentage if employees violate the policy like submitting duplicate expenses in different expense report, non reimbursable expenses, receipt missing, etc.

What is the process for recommending changes to the existing CR interface?
