  ### 1. Smooth workflow!

**What do you like best about Ember Software?**

The workflow has been much smoother than our previous software. The reporting is also specifically for fire sprinkler which is perfect for us. There are a few details, like adding multiple items under 1 deficiency which we haven't been able to get to work as it should with a few other products.

Customer support has been extremely helpful and responsive. I really prefer having an account manager that I can email or even text if I need.

**What do you dislike about Ember Software?**

I would prefer to customize my reports but they are programmed on the backend. Engineering is doing this for me so it isn't a major issue, I just like to be able to modify if needed.

**What problems is Ember Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Going from customer creation to scheduling to inspection, to deficiency reporting, to proposal has been a great help for us. It is much quicker than we previously had.

**What do you like best about Ember Software?**

My main concern throughout this experience was how the onboarding process would unfold and how long it would take to feel comfortable using the software. Ember and their team made the transition smooth, supporting us at every stage of onboarding and continuing to assist us even now, five months later. As our inspection department has expanded, the Ember team has developed customized inspection forms and documents that have supported our growth. In conclusion, I want to extend a special thank you to Adrian Villa, our customer support representative from Ember. I truly cannot say enough about how helpful and supportive he has been throughout this process.

**What do you dislike about Ember Software?**

At the moment, we are not making full use of Ember software. We continue to rely on our previous method for writing proposals on deficiencies, which has made it a bit challenging to develop our own process for resolving these issues within the program. However, this is not a criticism of Ember itself, as I have not yet raised these concerns with their team.

**What problems is Ember Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ember has developed a range of customized inspection forms, backflow forms, and fire pump test reports for our use.

**What do you like best about Ember Software?**

I appreciate the easy setup of Ember Software, which was not difficult and very simple. The customer service was great, answering all our questions and showing us how to operate and set up the software. I find the software's ability to solve our scheduling issues invaluable, making us much more efficient in scheduling jobs. The software improved my field's ability to get jobs done quickly and efficiently. I have already opted to purchase it again, which speaks volumes for its value.

**What do you dislike about Ember Software?**

{"I would like the ability to use QuickBooks to be fully integrated with Ember Software. I'm under the impression that they have already started this process, but it's not yet complete.","I would like to see them be able to upload reports to the compliance engine, Bracer."}

**What problems is Ember Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ember Software solves our scheduling issues, making us more efficient in scheduling jobs and improving job completion speed and efficiency.

**What do you like best about Ember Software?**

The team is the absolute best! They have been very patient and helpful! Ready to pivot when I need it and have their engineers work with me to make sure things are working for what we need.

**What do you dislike about Ember Software?**

The only downside is getting all of the information populated in the system. But once it's there it's easy to use and really helpful to have everything in one location from appointments to billing.

**What problems is Ember Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Ember I had to juggle through multiple platforms and spreadsheets to schedule a single appointment. I had to figure out what inspection our customer needed, then locate their report somewhere else and then go to another platform to see if they had been invoiced or paid.

**What do you like best about Ember Software?**

The ease of use.  It is very user friendly

**What do you dislike about Ember Software?**

That it doesn't send notifications out for appointments made, or when a report is completed.

**What problems is Ember Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were some changes I wanted to have to the reports, and Ember associates were quick to make changes!  Super fast!  Some companies will take up to a couple weeks to make a change, and we had changes done as early as a couple hours.

**What do you like best about Ember Software?**

Ember makes the field to office transition seamless, and the office to customer/AHJ transition even easier. I can turn a failed inspection report into a proposal, a ComplianceEngine submission, and an email to the customer in less than 5 minutes from the time it was submitted by the technician. They are responsive to tickets, they push useful features regularly, and they even did our office and technician trainings in person because we were close enough to their home office.

**What do you dislike about Ember Software?**

This is not a time reporting software (at least not yet) - do not expect it to handle your teams' timecards.

**What problems is Ember Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hand off process between technician to office to customer/AHJ is amazing and the status tracking to keep track of all your inspections works well. Appointment reminders keep you on top of your upcoming inspections and their systems make it easy to input. All you do is feed it your last inspection dates for the property and it will auto populate appointment reminders. Once I got in all my proposal templates and got them setup, I can type a repair or inspection proposal within a few minutes.

Ember software is already a seamless solution from quote to invoice, yet they are listening to ideas and input to make it better everyday.

At the moment, I don't have any concerns or problems with the ember platform or its staff.

Ember software has provided me with a cost-effective and robust solution for managing my fire protection business.
