We use EmbedFeed to collect reviews from our tourism clients. It's a breeze – we set up the form and add its link into follow-up emails from their booking engine. Then, linking the form to a review widget (another tool on their platform) makes it super easy to show off star ratings in Google SERP.

After using a few other systems, EmbedFeed + EmbedReviews takes the cake as the simplest and best way to get star ratings in search, all while playing by Google's rules.

Their support team is on the ball. Whenever we have questions, they're quick to respond and genuinely excited to hear how they can make things even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that we'd like to see is the ability to automatically receive an email notification when a star rating comes in that is less than 3 stars so that our clients could address the issue directly. The product is amazing, but the team behind this SaaS is even better. They are real people who listen to your suggestions, jump on a zoom, and if your feature requests make sense for all of their users, they will implement it in days. As for the software, it is really easy to create the perfect looking widget for my clients.

Our company has been using EmbedSocial for a couple of years now to embed Google Reviews on our site. Occasionally I have questions about what the product can do, how to set certain things up and so much else and their online support has been outstanding. The response times are fast, the explainations are great, solutions implemented quickly, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe there are other aspects of EmbedSocial that might not be as easy to use and get support for as we only use it to display Google Reviews on our site - so I can't speak for the entire product. The tool is terrific, very customizable and simple to navigate. It allows us to repurpose our Instagram and YouTube content directly on our homepage. I haven't found any comparable tool out there! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've needed a little help loading all 42 store reviews to their respective web pages and Laze and his team have been incredible - there to help every step of the way. And the way the reviews look on my site gives it instant credibility. I have tried other providers but none have been able to do what EmbedReviews can do. Love the options for the look and feel of the reviews as they appear on the site. And they offer a discount for paying for a year in advance - absolutely doing this!
