I have tested most solutions for implementing reviews and a social walls onto our website out there. I have to say that EmbedSocial was the most accessible, easy to use, and convenient so far. As we have built a custom site from scratch, the easy implementation is a standout feature for us which is light on the website, so we don't have to compromise on speed. From all the tested solutions, it offered the broadest range of features necessary for us as a company, especially when it comes to modern designs and customization options. Even though EmbedSocial didn't have all the requirements we were initially looking for, the team was very responsive and cooperative, trying to figure out a solution that would satisfy all our needs regarding required features and design adjustments. As we are very meticulous about design, especially when it comes to our shop and branding, it is difficult to find all the requirements, particularly for fixed solutions. EmbedSocial offers a lot of variety but when it comes to making it fit perfectly, some custom CSS is unavoidable. The implemented AI Assistant feature for making such changes didn't really work yet, so we had to meticulously search through all the code to make the proper adjustments so the embed would fit. I was very surprised to have real humans responding and helping me through the process of adding another user to my account. They were very accommodating and have continued to follow up. I have tried many tools for adding reviews to my website and only EmbedReviews fulfilled our needs. The easy integration has allowed us to make it work on our custom made eshop without any difficulties and because it can also sync reviews from Facebook we didn't lose any reviews that we already managed to collect over the time, which is another great benefit that we were looking for. In short, the best thing to like about Embed Social is whoever is in charge of hiring is phenomenal at their job. I've worked with Teo and Antonia and can't say enough about how well they performed both during the video calls and the speed and accuracy with which they provided solutions via email. Yes, the software is impressive, reliable, and does a great job of making short work of big tasks. But finding the right people to represent your company, to know your product like they created it, and treating your customers as if they were their own... that's rare. Major kudos all around. If I was forced to say something I dislike about Embed Social, the only thing I would agree to is that perhaps the onboarding could be easier. But even that comment is weak given that any software onboarding could be easier for some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EmbedReviews allows me to import all my reviews into one location, where I can check, manage, but most importantly, keep a safe copy of all my reviews. There's a import/export function too, so that's an additional safeguard against losing reviews, such as when Google decides to change T&C and remove some of your genuine reviews.
Any questions I had in terms of setup and general use were always responded to promptly, but also showing an understanding of my issue, rather than just sending a templated response, as many companies do today.

It is very easy to use, excellent graphics and Embed Social are always very quick to adapt to changes on the social platforms. Customer service team is very responsive, willing to be fliexble to help you achieve your goals. Very easy to install and work with all the major plaforms for API and widget installation. We wanted to display a grid of our social posts on our website - and EmbedSocial does just that. We started with the free version and recently upgraded to Pro and it has been problem-free. Plus, the customer service has been excellent when we did have prior issues. It was easy to install and was relatively easy to maintain prior to upgrading to Pro. In my short, but definetly long-term time use - I've found EmbedReviews to be a powerful and easy tool. What I love most about it is the sheer flexibility of widgets, account management and display items.
