We use EmbedFeed to collect reviews from our tourism clients. It's a breeze – we set up the form and add its link into follow-up emails from their booking engine. Then, linking the form to a review widget (another tool on their platform) makes it super easy to show off star ratings in Google SERP.

After using a few other systems, EmbedFeed + EmbedReviews takes the cake as the simplest and best way to get star ratings in search, all while playing by Google's rules.

The only thing that we'd like to see is the ability to automatically receive an email notification when a star rating comes in that is less than 3 stars so that our clients could address the issue directly.
