"Great Product and Amazing Service by Embark"

What do you like best about Embark Campus?

The Embark software was easy to use and the support was absolutely terrific. Any issues I encountered were handled at lightning speed and even getting the contract through a difficult university procurement process went really quickly. The other terrific think about Embark is that applicant references don't need an account to submit a letter - they just follow a personalized link! This feature saved our team countless hours! What do you dislike about Embark Campus?

There isn't a whole lot to dislike. Like all software, it took a little bit of time to figure out how to update fields and make some specific changes, but the Embark support got back to me so quickly that I really didn't have the need to figure it out myself. What do you like best about Embark Campus?

The interface is easy to work with and the customer service is amazing. We have approximately 400 applications coming in so it works well for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Embark Campus?

The automated emails from the system tend to end up in junk folders creating a little bit of confusion. I'm not sure if there is a solution to the problem on the software side or on the user side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Embark Campus solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software has allowed us to be more on top of the applications. It is an incredible time saver. No more getting attachments separately and organizing them. What do you like best about Embark Campus?

Embark delivers an excellent product and we're impressed with the design, layout, and function. But the best part of working with Embark is their customer service! Hello and thanks for your feedback! G2 crowd passed along the context that you were an end user at a university helping with the nomination process for one of our scholarship clients.

At Embark, it is our clients -- schools, universities, and scholarships -- who choose the look and feel, workflow, and text and multimedia content that they feel will work best for their users. We work to support them in that process by explaining the capabilities of our system as well as best practices from the feedback we've heard from users like you over the years (now 23 years and counting!).

We realize it can get a bit confusing when each of the major scholarships creates their own workflow and accompanying user guides and training plans. We have been engaged in a dialogue with leadership across these scholarships to increase consistency for a simplified user experience.

If you ever have thoughts on what changes or instructions could help make a specific process more intuitive, we would love to hear your ideas and will definitely pass those suggestions along.
