The best part of Emarsys is their user experience design and automation marketing tools to personalize journeys and automation data to improve the right email in the right time to the right person Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?

Emarsys is a robust platform and needs the capabilities of a very strong system for connecting correctly all features in the platform, you need a technical support high level to realy work with all platform potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We execute all Email Marketing campaigns Adhoc, segmentation, automation marketing, predict recommendations, smart insights segments, and tactics product data to take traffic to our website and App. And we are implementing other channels additional to email like Mobile Engage to send push notifications, and create id unique users to generate customer profiles across both channels Email & Push Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
