**What do you like best about eMaint?**

I love how intuitive eMaint is. If you can use Excel, you will love that is is like that and better. If I had to pick one reason I would never leave Fluke, is the reporting functions. Being able to set up a report in a couple of minutes and have it atuo generating out to team is amazing.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

They have a great customer service team and you can hop on a chat and get things resolved (mostly teaching me what I am doing wrong). I just wish that during that chat function we couldshadow my screen or account. Sending pictures is not the same as showing something live.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like any good CMMS, eMaint delivers line of sight of our trending issues. Through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting we are able to see where our engineers need to prioritize projects, preventative maintenance opportunities, basically where we are efficient and more importantly where we are deficient. eMaint is the epicenter of the maintenance department.

I like the ease of use, it’s very easy to navigate and help others navigate who might not be in the same location. When explaining over the phone it can be hard to explain what needs done but with emaint it’s easy to navigate

Being internet based in the steel industry can be hard to get everyone on board - we need to figure out a way to get utilized more with maintenance/operators in a dirty shop

It helps to improve the global view for machinery and equipment, and its runtime for an scheduled maintenance. Its compability with telemetry helps the company to hace an even more advance way to gather info and decision making.

The sofware* should be allowed to be a one time purchase, instead of a monthly subscription.

- Flexability that if you know the program well enough it can be configure to suit your needs.
- Customer service is outstanding, they answer question quickly and are helpfull in configing the system to your needs
- Custom reporting fuction is easy to use and configable to any form in the cystem.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

-Reporting function output format is limited
-X4 needs some format upgrades, but seems to be address in x5.
-The forms need logic ability so when one item is selected, designed fields show up. This allow the admin to guide the users in the system.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed all out facilites, 37, to use the same platforms. Every employee is using the system 250. This allows management a high level view how the facility is preforming and allows us to move employee from site to site seemlessly.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

Custom featured. Ours environment is very agile from equipment assets to virtual assets (architectural room numbers). We needed a solution that could bring together engineering maintained items, as well as customer (scientists, nurses, front office staff) to the same portal to ensure requests are being made from Transportation, to EVS, to Real Estate and Construction.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

It can be difficult to house-keep our reports and workflows. Would love for the reports to be grouped in other ways instead of having to search alphabetically down a list.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KPI's metrics (time to completion), charge-backs, schedule WO's, papertrail for auditing.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

eMaint is very straightforward to learn and implement into your maintenance program. I use this software daily to manage assets and develop PM schedules. It has helped our plant avoid a substantial amount of machine downtime by being proactive and managing PMs. The features to add machine user manuals, work instructions, sign off forms, parts check out and more for each asset helps keep things organized in one place. The report building feature is an awesome tool to utilize in eMaint. We employ many weekly reports to analyze machine and maintenance technician efficiency. Building custom dashboards from this data with charts and graphs is also a great visual tool. Their support team is always very quick to respond and resolve any issues.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

There are a lot of functions and features that are available in eMaint. Some features can go really in depth and need additional help to understand. Thankfully eMaint puts out a lot of free webinars that go in depth on how to use certain areas of their program.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a good way to track assets and record any data for these assets. eMaint has helped us track issues or breakdown of machinery that happens between scheduled PMs. eMaint has helped us identify weaknesses in our PM schedule by analyzing corrective PMs. This has also helped us develop justifications to machine replacement by having records for machines that were having constant breakdowns and recording the cost of parts and labor it took to repair aging machines.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

The user-friendly interface has a very clean feel over some of the other CMMS programs that I've used in the past. Customer support is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We have been able to integrate other features into our maintenance management to work with our inventory tracking and oil analysis labs seamlessly. The functionality of work order management helps me to keep things organized and track equipment history across the numerous assets we have throughout the plant. We were able to implement eMaint easily across our maintenance and production departments for the various roles within them. I use eMaint daily, and its intuitive design makes even frequent, repetitive tasks more efficient and less of a hassle.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

Building advanced reports in eMaint can be a bit of a challenge for those without JSON coding experience. The ability to close out multiple work orders at once would be a helpful feature, as it would be a major time saver when cleaning up a backlog. Similarly, the ability to delete multiple steps in a task procedure at once would be a huge time saver when implementing large changes to several procedures at one time.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before eMaint, our company was using a much less intuitive system to track and manage work orders which was more time consuming and more prone to errors. With eMaint, online access to all of our tasks, work orders, and inventory ensures all of our technicians and supervisors stay on the same page in real time, really streamlining the process of maintenance management. Additionally, before eMaint, much of our maintenance department's work was reactive rather than proactive. eMaint's has allowed us to schedule our preventive and predictive maintenance in a much more efficient fashion, and track completion in real time. This has led to a significant improvement in equipment reliability and timely repairs.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

eMaint makes managing our maintenace system very easy, whether it be the ability to directly send work orders to a workers phone or having a self generated report on a wide range of information gathered from within eMaint. My favourite part of eMaint CMMS is the simplicity, which is the same across all features within the application, especially now we have moved over to the x5 version. The customer service team are also brilliant with any questions you have or modifications you may want to make with swift replies and offering their own training to really get a grip on the CMMS.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

I dont have any complaints of the web version, I would just like to see more features added on the mobile version i.e. inventory

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

logging of Asset history, scheduling work, maintenace history of assets including data readings (i.e. motor resistance etc) - eMaint CMMS makes these jobs a lot more efficient which frees up time for myself to get other work done.

A lot of it is great. It is just a matter of getting use to using the software and understanding how it works. The software is very customizable and very useful.

It's a good and bad thing, that there is so many ways to paths to get to the same destination, considering for some users they are use to straight to the point, but most users nowadays are more computer literate to figure it out. That was more towards the older generations that like things more simplified when it comes to technology.

There isn't a lot to gripe about. Having pre existing connecting apps (plan builder, machine learning, etc) would be beneficial for new user implementations.

Machine uptime, work status updates, scheduling work, machine learning, maintenance dept communication and connection, reporting to executive level with out trying to scramble for data.

We are happy with how work orders flow for the most part. And compared to other top tier CMMS solutions, Emaint is definitely competitive with their pricing. They are open to suggestions, and they have been very helpful.

There are a few items that we are not overjoyed about. Searching for assets can be a bit of a hassle when it comes to getting the results you are looking for. Our Parts area of Emaint took almost a year to get fixed after issues occurred during implementation.

Ease of you to  be able to open a work order on the casino floor with a mobiel phone instead of taking notes and waiting to open when I get back to my desk.

Numerous training library and the reps available to assist you in whatever initiative you have.  How easily the system can be tailored to the type of industry the system is being used in.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

The asset selection process is overwhelming for operators.  For operators to choose the correct asset from a list of several hundred assets is overwhelming.  An asset tree structure or asset hierarchy structure is easy and should be included from the start.

I have not found any so far. Some limitations might be compatability with devices from other vendors.

Mostly automation of our maintenance program. Our previous system would not email technicians or provide mobile capabilities.
