**What do you like best about eMaint?**

eMaint helps us keep track of the PMs and Spare parts over 17 plants.  It is great having a system that I can go into and see all of the plants and how they are always doing.  The X5 system and the mobile app are both  very user friendly.  Customer Support and my CSM are both amazing and always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

The reporting for someone who doesn't understand how to do them can be very difficult, but support always helps me with these.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CMMS is helping the company see all of the plants are performing.  Helps make sure our PMs are being done, because we can see what is done and what hasn't been done at each plant.  It helps make sure we have all of the critical parts that are needed in our plants.

I appreciate that there is seemingly unlimited opportunity to configure for our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

With the heavily configured accounts and legacy accounts we feel the pinch of fewer people who have the ability to work on our account. This is a great thing for the people who have moved up in emaint but it does provide some concern that we will have fewer support opportunities as the fluke move more support staff to x5

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emaint is the hub for our operations team. It is driving the business forward by providing insights into our fleet and facility processes.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

I use eMaint CMMS to streamline our maintenance processes. I really like the mobile feature, as it allows our technicians to create and receive work orders in the field, saving time since they don't have to go back to a computer to manage them. The feature that lets us put manuals and other asset-related information in an easy-to-access spot is also great.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

For me being a new user, I wish it was a little more intuitive. Ease of use, tutorial videos attached to the different features within the site would be very helpful.

eMaint CMMS helps us streamline maintenance processes by creating a history of tasks and consolidating asset information. The mobile feature allows technicians to create work orders in the field, saving time by not needing to return to a desk.

I dislike the inability to use mobile on browsers and pro accounts on mobile devices. Sometimes, there are issues with allowing the mobile account users to complete PMs, ultimately requiring pro account users to update work order status to "complete" and then close it out entirely.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EMaint allows us to upload documents to work orders which allows maintenance crews to look up information pertaining to the asset they are working on. This helps us eliminate ambiguity for meter readings, maintenance requirements, etc.

I like the reports, history, and the ability to capture costs in eMaint CMMS. The mobile capability is also a highlight for me as it adds flexibility. I use the PM tracking feature through the dashboard, which I find valuable.

I find eMaint CMMS's appearance isn't very user-friendly and think a simplified iOS app would help. Also, the initial setup took a bit longer than expected.

I like that eMaint CMMS is very customizable yet easy to use. It provides powerful tools to track inventory, which helps us reduce the amount of money we spend on spare parts and reduce lead time on repairs. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and the support from the implementation team was quite good.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

Manually entering all of the required tasks and scheduled maintenance descriptions, and instructions has been very time-consuming. But now we just got added to the beta of the AI assistant, which will help speed that up.

I use eMaint CMMS to track work orders and keep track of preventative maintenance items to avoid forgotten tasks. It helps track costs, reduces spending on spare parts, and lowers lead time on repairs.

Have been able to customize it enough to match the requirements bay state needs. The eMaint team has also been helpful in acknowledging our time frame for X5 transitions

When an update kicks in, I constantly have to go back and reconfigure some stuff. Currently, my cycle count module has been broken for a month almost. Customer support has not being able to provide a solution.

Track spare part use and inventory. What assets are our corrective work orders targeting. We are working to begin reliability application.

The hardest thing is the software on the mobile form bugging out at times and will glitch and not work.

The workflows and reporting can feel complex, but that’s more of a skill issue on my part. The customer service team has been very helpful in bridging the gap in my missing knowledge.

We have been using eMaint CMMS for some time and are completely satisfied. The software is extremely user-friendly and offers a clear, intuitive interface that is easy to understand even for new users. Particularly noteworthy is the flexibility in customizing workflows and forms – this allows the system to be optimally tailored to our operational requirements. 
The functions for maintenance planning, asset management, and report generation are powerful and help us efficiently manage and document our maintenance processes. The support is also excellent: inquiries are answered quickly and competently.
Overall, eMaint is a reliable, versatile, and modern CMMS that has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

So far, not much comes to mind. Here and there, there are still some comprehension issues, but nothing special.

To build an efficient maintenance system, the old installed tools were not powerful enough. With eMaint, we have now elevated full capacity and information management to a new level.

I like the simplicity of setting up eMaint CMMS. I was new to the system about a year ago, and within an hour of poking around, I was able to start creating new assets and PMs. This ease of use allows me to spend less time in the system and more time managing employees. The support team is great, and the system is very intuitive. The reminders for scheduled services like weekly, daily, and monthly PMs are great for us.

Nothing

I use eMaint CMMS to track job tickets and streamline daily job reporting and PM services, eliminating time spent creating programs and relaying equipment issue reports.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

eMaint is very user friendly for coordinators, supervisors, and management positions. It can easily be navigated and if there is ever confusion or question, the support lookup is such a useful and outstanding tool!

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

Tech’s see the most issue and complain of the system not being user friendly. This is also more dramatic, as it’s a change, and a permanent document that tracks their work and time. Something individuals feel is an attack on them and don’t understand it’s to track asset costs and health.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missing or overlooking pm’s. We are able to look more on the predictive side and remain on top of the preventative.

The data collection even when the inputs are not great (so long as you know you deficiencies and roughly how they are deficient). Also the live chat customer service staff (X4)

Difficulty and time in validating user inputs or records. It would be great to ease asset creation from vendor information including asset information, PMs, and parts lists.

Some of the AI features will help technicians reference manuals.

I like the customization aspects within forms along with the ability to create forms from scratch.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

I don’t like how basic the scheduler is. The scheduler needs to capability to fit an oil and gas facility. We have multiple work orders with a lot of work operations that need to be executed. eMaint has a strong foundation of essential skills, particularly its calendar-based preventive maintenance practices. When its working, it is a great tool that effectively lays out the information its being fed. The reports are also a great tool to visualize the day-to-day operations, I'm a big fan on how it's possible to separate and visualize the corrective vs preventive work done on each asset.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

The delay in communication and resolution of problems/doubts between implementation and after hand-off has been jarring. During the implementation calls, we had most of our issues resolved within 3 days, after the hand-off call it sometimes takes longer than that to even hear back. The layout of the program and naming conventions of some sections can also be very counterintiutive.

Having a traceable, and shared preventive maintenance calendar is not only extremely helpful to have on a day-to-day basis, but it is also helping tremendously during audits and client visits.

This is a highly versatile maintenance management system. It has helped me improve the allocation of assets and spare parts, as well as streamline the scheduling of field service technicians.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

The implementation process took longer than expected, and there was some resistance to the change from certain individuals.

The software offers features for preventive maintenance, as well as tracking labor times and costs, and managing databases.

**What do you like best about eMaint?**

eMaintenance offers a highly customizable and meticulous work order system that allows our techs to efficiently complete their work. I am able to optimize forms, views, and permissions for each user, tailoring their systems to their personal workflow efficiencies. Additionally, the support team has been phenomenal outside of implementation.

**What do you dislike about eMaint?**

The worst part about eMaint was the implementation phase of upgrading to X5. Outside of the software upgrade, building Reports is not intuitive to the user and oftentimes requires support from an eMaint team member when building them out.

**What problems is eMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without eMaintenance, we would have significant issues tracking and filing important work that sometimes lends to compliance. eMaintenance offers ease in that filing, allowing us to maintain compliance.

Some features need to be manually altered to fit the company, but this is quickly sorted out by the IMP team at eMaint.

Centralizing documentation and work order management in regards to maintenance, both preventive and corrective. Adds audit trails to everything that is performed which allows for seamless auditing of the company.
