**What do you like best about Email to Fax Handler for PureConnect?**

It was super easy to add on to existing PureConnect implementation. Once up and running it has been very reliable and has been handling the majority of our outbound faxing for a few years. 

It has also been easy to maintain, and support has been great for the customization and fax subsystem a bit less so for the  render subsystem.

**What do you dislike about Email to Fax Handler for PureConnect?**

Troubleshooting transmission failures can be challenging. Generating useful failure notifications has been difficult. Solutions to some rendering issues have elusive.

**What problems is Email to Fax Handler for PureConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enabled us to replace a standalone fax application by bolting on a much less costly add-on to our Contact Center.

One don't need to go anywhere to send fax. I can simply send any fax via sending an email. I have used this tool. Moreover if fax get delivered to the receipent one can get email confirmation of that.

**What do you dislike about Email to Fax Handler for PureConnect?**

More language option should be there and dual theme option needed.

Give it a try it's nice tool.

I was sending confidential docs of the candidates also receiving the same. Yes it seems very useful.
