I've used Email on Acid for years, and find it to be a critical tool for our email marketing program. Viewing and actual rendered version of an email in the most common inbox providers is invaluable when troubleshooting to ensure a perfect user experience for each subscriber. What displays fine in one browser client may not in another and vice versa. EOA takes the guessing out of the equation. What's better is that EOA provides recommendations for how to fix or edit the code to display correctly in many outlying instances. This is very helpful when troubleshooting. We don't use the templates, however they do offer many free downloadable templates which make coding a fluid-responsive email super easy for non-technical marketing folks. Occassionally there are issues with IOS mobile previews appearing incorrectly in Email on Acid when comparing to a test email on the actual device.

Email on Acid is a great tool that helps us to ensure our emails look great no matter who receives them. It is a critical part of our email checklist and allows us to make creative and coding changes, pushing the limits of email design whilst removing any fear that this will cause havoc in certain inboxes (Outlook not looking at you!).
