Replenishing the credit amount is easy.
The user interface is simple enough so entering the information is fast.
The processing time is reasonable (I screen ~4k emails).
The reports are available under numerous forms with various level of details.

We have found the verification process to be simple and accurate. We've even compared it to several competitors to make sure that we're getting similar results. I mostly like the quick support from them. Through the Chatwindow on the down right side of the screen I get quick and accurate answers to my questions from real humans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I could think of is to stop the email verifying process when you already clicked on upload - actually you do not need that improvement when you understand their formatting but it would´ve make 1-2 times when I made an mistake easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Status codes. After verification, it provides a large set of status codes (e.g. server_dead, smpt_error, domain_error, etc) that make the verification process very clear and self-explanatory.
2. Pricing. Email List Verify costs twice less than analog web apps.
3. Speed. It performs verification much faster than the majority of verification apps.
4. Tech support. When just signed up, I had an issue that was resolved by their support team in 2 minutes.

Hands down the best prices, 99% accuracy and the customer service is amazing. We send billions of emails every month and we rely HEAVILY on accurate email addresses.
