What do you dislike about Email Industries?

During our time with Email Industries, they partnered with Everest by Validity as their deliverability monitoring partner platform. It was great to get us started with monitoring deliverability, but as we became better versed in deliverability and sought more data, the seed testing dashboard was a bit limited in terms of data and data storage. What problems is Email Industries solving and how is that benefiting you?

We brought on the Email Industries team to help us navigate the great Yahoogle shakedown of 2024. We are a lean org, and we did not have an in-house deliverability resource. Email Industries stepped in to fill the gap and gave us a great education in the process across functions, including marketing, IT, sales, and more. Since then, the email space and deliverability as a whole has gotten more difficult, so we were glad we had the team and tools of EI to back us as we sought to maintain healthy practices and remediate placement issues with inbox providers. What do you like best about Email Industries?

Email Industries treated me like a person. I truly felt like they cared. They listened to my problems, and provided me with a detailed solution, even though it became apparent that I would not be using their services at this time. I'm a solopreneur and I sent out a relatively small number of cold emails, but it ended up damaging my email deliverability from my main domain. I contacted Email Industries and had a complimentary consultation. They explained the mistakes I likely made and the options for improving my email deliverability. They listened to me, spent time problem-solving my specific situation, recommended tools and links, and literally walked me through the steps on how to solve the problem. Then they followed up with an email with details of our meeting.
