**What do you like best about Eltropy?**

What I like best about Eltropy is how effortlessly it brings all our member communications into one place. We can text, chat, or even jump on a video call—all without switching systems. It feels modern, intuitive, and really built for how people want to communicate today. Plus, the platform is secure and compliant, which gives us peace of mind when handling sensitive financial conversations.

**What do you dislike about Eltropy?**

If I had to pick something, I’d say the platform felt a little overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features (which is great), but it took us some time to get the hang of everything. A few parts of the interface aren’t super intuitive right out of the gate. That said, once we got past the learning curve, it started to really click—and their support team was great about helping us through it.

**What problems is Eltropy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Eltropy mainly to communicate with our members across multiple channels—especially for texting, secure chat, and video banking. It helps us with things like loan processing updates, appointment scheduling, and general member support. It’s also been useful for collecting documents securely and sending reminders, all while staying compliant.

Eltropy provides further recommendations based on client behaviors and I am able to increase client engagement and find more opportunities for sales. It has enhanced my interaction with my clients and resulted in increase in sales.

I have to copy and paste the data between Eltropy and the CRM which is not efficient at all and time wasting.  It would be convenient to integrate my activities to increase efficiency and reduce the number of errors in data.

Entropy have a suite of products & solutions built for almost every function and size of companies. What I liked most about them is their chat bot for customer support. The initial training data required to fine-tune accuracy is a bit tedious. However, benefits of having the fully trained chatbot outweigh the initial effort. It goes with most conversational AI chatbots too

I love that all my emails, chats and social media are unified into one platform which makes it easier to handle communication. Being the VP Finance of ASU, I have to handle a lot of financial services of providing funding to societies, cheque requests and a lot more things, so this platform suits my needs.

I like that my financial needs are satisfied with this software, however, our society handles a lot of events as well which we cannot coordinate on this software making it an expensive software to install.

Beleiving everything is not perfect, few small things should always be ignored unless it's not major!! One of the few things that must be ignored is their management part which I believe will be improved with time

I didn't like the setup and integration process. It is some what costly when for smaller companies like startup's.

Lexop gives our members the opportunity to make a payment after our office hours.
And it's easy for our members of any age to use.

**What do you dislike about Eltropy?**

There's no innergration system with our core system. (I'm not too sure if that's a sharetec problem though)

**What problems is Eltropy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are continuing to collect from our members even after our office hours. 
Text messages and emails are being sent automatically so we no longer have to send them out (as often). We can view who has received and opened the messages/emails which gives us something to fall back on

**What do you like best about Eltropy?**

Eltropy is especially good at the two-way text messaging communication with clients in a secure way. It is a familiar and accessible platform for them and I am capable of sending documents and images in the chat. This makes communication easier and enables me to respond to queries from clients promptly.

**What do you dislike about Eltropy?**

I am unable to schedule subsequent messages or write replies to frequently asked questions. Eltropy enables communication and it does not have effective automated capabilities. I find myself unable to increase the rate at which communications are done especially with a growing client base.

**What problems is Eltropy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eltropy takes the place of the tedious back-and-forth emails and phone tag. Of the four principles, this increases not only the engagement of the self-client relationship but also that of engaging with the clients by responding more quickly.
