"Easy to use but allow significant time to set up if backdating learning"

What do you like best about ELMO Software?

Easy to use and logical setup if you use it often. Good webinar sessions and pre-recorded webinars for learning as you go.

Setting up new starters for performance reviews and learnings is easy once the workflow is assigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELMO Software?

Reporting is limited unless you do Custom reports. We then have to download it into a CSV file and "tidy up" to present the information. Not easy enough for Managers who don't use computers often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ELMO Software:

If you need reporting hours on training or have large quantities of training that needs manual input of information, this might not be the program for you. However, the more customers that request this functionality there may be reason to upgrade the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ELMO Software solving and how is that benefiting you?
