Well developed software that has a great variety of features. Allows for good control of essential functions (e.g. setting up sign up sessions, etc.)

At times the software can be slow. Especially navigating between pages and searching up users. A lot of our training modules are very similar (for tool and machinery training) and when we need to edit email templates, fix formatting, etc. for all modules, it is tedious to complete repetitive tasks across multiple modules. The performance review module was extremely user-friendly for both staff and manager. Contract initiation is very easy and quick. I particularly appreciate how the organisation's staffing structure is presented, at macro and micro levels. This makes it easy to know who to communicate with on specific tasks. The process of self-assigning forms is a little clunky, and staff can assign incorrectly to other staff members. This would be improved by user functionality that enables the customising of this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a mandatory software we have to use for training, development, and performance reviews, I find this software stylish and easy to navigate and use compared to other systems I've had to use with other employers; this one is the best ive experienced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue ive had is that Flash isnt supported anymore so one of our videos wont load, this isnt an issue with ELMO, though. I have no other improvement recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
