Basic task features are limited. For example, it’s impossible to assign a task to a group of employees, set up the execution control, or separate access rights in group tasks of business processes. A basic feature for separation of access rights of an app might cause problems with access to connected objects. We have been using the system for 8 months. There are some shortcomings of the system: the system and settings malfunctions when updating the system, incomplete task functionality. I would like to have a chance to assign group tasks, and manage them with the help of the Kanban board. The calendar lacks functionality as well. I’d like the calendar settings to be more flexible and adaptive. The interface of the calendar isn’t very convenient as well. Speed is one of the benefits of ELMA365 ECM that is worth paying attention to. It concerns short response time, the high speed of implementation and configuration leverage. When working with the trial version we received standard document templates and approval routes. Our employees took them as a basis and could start working immediately. When it was necessary to extend the document set and rearrange approval routes, we could easily do it ourselves. We had been experienced in document approval routing, but thanks to seamless and fast implementation of ELMA365 ECM we could apply changes without stopping the operation process.

It was enough for us to make a positive decision. We found it very convenient to combine approval with standard features of document workflow. There are no apparent system shortcomings. We’re satisfied with standard document flow functions and we’re thinking about shifting away from MS Office. In our case, it only took several minutes to build the company's simple processes, while our advanced projects are still being developed and changed. We would like to have an option of changing web interface box-sizing and adding kanban dashboards to the process. Report elements might be improved as well.
