What do you like best about Elfsight?

Great widgets ready to use, that will cost you a fraction that it would cost to develop! Also, they are really easy to implement!

What do you dislike about Elfsight?

Some widgets clearely need some improvment, however it makes perfect sense that they need to set priorities and update the most used ones. Anway, those widgets still amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elfsight, makes difficult and technical tasks easy"

What do you like best about Elfsight?

the ease of use, it's super easy to create amazing looking widgets and to install them, not even to mention how easy it is to adjust a widget. I can make a widget, and get it live in a matter of minutes. Adjust the widget can be done from the elfsight app and you don't even need to reinstall it. you can just update a live widget.

They have so many types of widgets I came to elfsight for there pop up creator and definetly stayed for everything else. easy to use google reviews, google maps, tik tok feed, instagram feed, whats app chat. They have everything.

They have super helpfull support, they are fast responding and always ready to help. Eventhough the widgets are super easy to implement on a website sometimes you run into a situation where something goes wrong and support will have your back each and every single time. What do you dislike about Elfsight?

There is nothing to dislike, but if i really had to dislike something i would love some more costumization in the pop up template. I currently use photoshop for creating custom background images, think along the lines of adding some music notes and a guitar for when I make a pop up about a music band. Something that would allow me to do this in side of the app would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Elfsight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I develop alot of small websites for small buisness and sometimes they have difficult requests to program and implement. that is where Elfsight comes in. I can easily create a pop up here about a store being closed for the christmas holiday and implement it in minutes. Another thing would be something a buisness that moved location and whats their costumers to easily find them, i just install the map widget and boom costumers can easily plan a route. These are the kinds of things i personlly do not enjoy developing and simple don't have the time for. Elfsight definetly fixes this issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elfsight levels up my Squarespace pages"

What do you like best about Elfsight?

Elfsight levels up my Squarespace pages. I’ve been using Elfsight for a few years now. You can see it in action on e.g. https://zendoglabs.com/. The Elfsight widgets are more versatile than what Squarespace offers and come with improved design and easier editing. Glad to have found them. Support has also been responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Elfsight?

Overall, a great product. Minor things: usage-based pricing and you may have to use workarounds to properly display some of the widgets on your page - all doable even for non-techies like me, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"What a great, extensive tool!"

What do you like best about Elfsight?

Using the Event Calendar - it has extensive options for customizing the event types, including colour coding, adding hosts and their details, and SO many more customization options. It's really impressive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stellar customer support and great product overall"

What do you like best about Elfsight?

I work with clients on a daily who are sometimes limited to non-dev friendly platforms such as Wix or Squarespace. In these cases Elfsight comes in very handy, and solves many problems with their widgets, and clients are happy. Also, their customer support is incredible, it's been a few times already that their devs have crafted custom JS code for no extra cost, while their customer service agents reply fast, and follow up with requests. What do you dislike about Elfsight?

What do you like best about Elfsight?

I had problems displaying my tables, because i had 12 of them, and their support answered within minutes and helped me by creating code that could display all my tables in a slider :-)
